In the Smolensk region summed up the second day of voting in the elections to the state Duma

In the Smolensk region ended the second day of voting in the elections of deputies of the State Duma: closed 632 polling stations, and the final turnout was 49.01%. At the polling stations, a festive atmosphere was preserved with performances of creative teams and cultural events, families, veterans, participants of the SVO and youth actively participated in the voting. The Smolensk region confirmed the status of one of the leaders of the country in terms of activity in the DEG system, which was used by actors of the Smolensk Chamber Theater right on stage, and for patients of the perinatal center, a field vote was organized. The openness and transparency of the process are provided by public observers and the Center for Public Observation in the Tenishev CEC with live video broadcast. The final voting day will be held on September 20: the polling stations will work from 8:00 to 20:00, the DEG system is also available until 20:00.
