According to GPO Minskstroy, administrative and commercial premises are provided on the first floor.
The structural scheme of the building is a monolithic frame-binding reinforced concrete frame. Builders complete the basement on the first and second sections, and on the third and fourth ready plate above the basement, also began knitting reinforcement columns of the first floor.
The commissioning of the house is scheduled for 2028.
