Two specialists from the Staro-Oskol district of the Belgorod region began work on the program "Zemsky cultural worker" of the national project "Family". Marina Kalashnikova became the head of the Vorotnikovsky Rural Club, and Maria Belousova became a teacher in the class of domra of the children's art school in the village of Gorodishche.

Subject to work in the institution for at least five years, participants are provided with a one-time payment of 1 million rubles and conditions for the implementation of creative projects.
