In the capital of Kalmykia by court decision will demolish unauthorized construction

In Elista, the court declared illegal the construction of a building with an area of 106 square meters on P. Anatsky Street. A lawsuit in defense of the interests of an indefinite circle of persons was filed by the city prosecutor's office.

According to the court decision, the owner of the store to which this room is attached is obliged to demolish the object at his own expense. This is necessary in order to remove obstacles in the access of citizens to the public territory.

The execution of the court decision is under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
