The Sudogodsky District Court sentenced a 36-year-old resident of the city found guilty of committing a crime under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment).

Taking into account the position of the public prosecutor, the court sentenced the man to 300 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles for a period of 2 years.

As an additional measure of punishment, the electric scooter used in the commission of a crime was confiscated into the state income on the basis of Article 104.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The sentence has not entered into force.
