In Syktyvkar, the MUP “Vostorg” could not cancel the fine for school meals
In semi-finished products associated with the enterprise, experts found E. coli and salmonella DNA.

MUP "Veztor" failed to achieve the abolition of the administrative fine for violations in the organization of food in schools of Syktyvkar. The arbitration court of Komi upheld the penalty for 150 thousand rubles.
The trial is connected with the events of the end of 2025, when an outbreak of intestinal infection among students occurred in the city. Five schools were temporarily closed, and 63 children were affected. Some of them experts have identified norovirus.
After the incident, the regulatory authorities checked the products used to prepare school lunches. In semi-finished products associated with the enterprise, experts found E. coli and salmonella DNA. In addition, laboratory studies showed exceeding established microbiological standards.
“Delight” tried to challenge the imposed punishment in court, but the arguments of the enterprise were not convinced by the arbitration. As a result, the fine remained unchanged.
The story was continued in the framework of criminal proceedings. Law enforcement officers opened a case on the fact of providing services that do not meet security requirements. Now the circumstances of the incident are assessed not only within the framework of an administrative dispute, but also during a criminal investigation.
