On behalf of the head of the city administration Maxim Kosenkova, his deputy Natalia Trunova left for SNT "Medic". The reason was the numerous complaints of summer residents on the spill of sewage, fixed on the surface for several days.

The cause of the accident was a clogged collector collecting drains mainly from the northern part of the city. The pipe passes through the territory of cottages built after its construction.

During the inspection, it turned out that RKS-Tambov did not inform the central dispatching service and the housing and communal services committee of the city administration in the prescribed manner. The problem was reported only from residents.

The head of RKS-Tambov Sergey Istomin was called to the place. He reported that more powerful equipment was involved to eliminate the blockage. At the moment, the blockage was partially eliminated, the work will continue until the complete cleaning of the collector.

Sergey Istomin undertook not only to completely clean the reservoir, but also to carry out the necessary restoration work, as well as to remove the territory after the spill.
