By the end of this year, the fate of 11 cultural heritage sites will be decided in the Tambov region
By the end of this year, the fate of 11 cultural heritage sites will be decided in the Tambov region. Currently, more than ten buildings and architectural ensembles located in Tambov, Michurinsk, as well as Staroyuriev, Rzhaksin, Inzhavin, Sampur and Morshan districts participate in auction procedures to determine new owners.
The initial price for investors is symbolic – only 1 ruble. However, the main condition for the acquisition will be the restoration work within the terms established by the security obligation.
Among the monuments that are waiting for restoration are the Vorontsov-Dashkov manor in the Morshan district, the ensemble of the noble estate in the village of Perixa, Pikulin’s apartment house in the regional center, the Red Barracks in the science city, as well as other buildings of the Tambov region unique in their history and architecture.
