In the Tambov region, accommodation in hotels is expanding through the MAKS messenger

In the region, 4 hotels with a fund of over 50 rooms have already been connected to the Digital ID service. According to the rules of the Russian Federation, for such hotels, the identification of guests through the “Digital ID” in the MAKS messenger is mandatory. In total, about 3 thousand accommodation facilities in 82 regions are connected to the system.

The service is available in hotels, hostels, boarding houses, sanatoriums, recreation centers, glampings and campsites. To settle, you need to open the Digital ID tab in MAKS, select Passport and click Present - the employee will scan the QR code, the data will be filled in automatically. The guest then confirms and shows the QR code with the photo.

The technology eliminates queues, saves time and eliminates errors when entering data. The choice remains with the guest: paper passport or digital format.
