In the Tambov region, there is a rise in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections characteristic of autumn. Specialists of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor continue to monitor the epidemiological situation.

According to monitoring data for the period from 19 to 25 October, the number of applications for medical care with signs of SARS reached 1,727 cases. The incidence rate was 17.87 per 10,000 population. Compared to the previous week, the number of cases increased by 2%, but this is 10% lower than in the same period last year. Adults make up 44% of patients with respiratory symptoms.
