In Tatarstan, more than 4 thousand people mastered new specialties on the national project

Tatarstan actively participates in the implementation of the federal initiative “Active measures to promote employment”, which is part of the national project “Personnel”. The program provides citizens with the opportunity to undergo free retraining or improve the level of professional competencies. Statistics show that at the moment, almost 6 thousand residents of the republic have started classes, while 4,281 people have already successfully completed the course and received relevant certificates. The plans for 2026 include 6,284 Tatarstan citizens.

The duration of the courses varies from 16 hours to six months, while training is organized both in the traditional full-time format and online. The list of available areas includes 12 specialties, including work with AI, industrial engineering, control of CNC machines, laboratory analysis, excursion business and other popular professions.

State support can be used by the unemployed, persons of pre-retirement age, citizens over 50 years old, mothers of preschoolers, veterans of hostilities, family members of participants of the SVO and people with disabilities. This measure is aimed at social adaptation and employment assistance.
