The charging network of the state operator in Minsk and Minsk region at the beginning of October 2026 included 570 electric charging stations with a total capacity of over 30 MW (148 slow AC EZS and 422 fast DC EZS). More than 470 electric charging stations were installed in the capital.

Also operating charging stations are located in the largest settlements of the central region, such as Borisov, Zhodino, Dzerzhinsk, Molodechno, Soligorsk, and others. Fast charging stations with a unit capacity of 50 to 180 kilowatts are located in the most popular locations - near commercial, administrative facilities, as well as at the intersection of the main transport flows of the region. Slow stations with a capacity of seven to 44 kilowatts are installed in places of long-term stay of consumers – mainly in residential areas, as well as near office and administrative buildings.

Since the beginning of this year, the enterprise has been operating the largest highway superfast charging complex Privolny, located at the intersection of the M-1 and M-4 highways. “It consists of five electric charging stations with a total capacity of 960 kilowatts, providing simultaneous charging of up to ten electric vehicles,” the department noted.

Also in 2026-2027, the company plans to install in Minsk more than 220 fast and super fast electric charging stations with a unit capacity of 120, 175 kilowatts and above, including three super-fast EZS, in the Minsk region - at least 50 fast charging stations.

“At the same time, the direction of slow ESVs in multi-family residential areas will be significantly strengthened. By the end of 2027, slow electric charging stations in the amount of about 200 units in the capital and 80 in the Minsk region will appear on the map. They will be concentrated in Borisov, Vileika, Dzerzhinsk, Zhodino, Molodechno, Slutsk and Soligorsk. Taking into account the development of the track model in the next two years, superfast charging complexes will appear at the intersection of the M-6 and M-7 highways near Volozhin, M-1 and R-53 near Borisov and R-23 near Slutsk, the department noted.
