The project is needed to involve young people in the life of the city, reduce the distance between youth and the government and prepare a personnel reserve for the municipal service.
Residents from 18 to 35 years can become members of the council. To do this, you need to register on the Youth of Russia platform, fill out a questionnaire and attach an essay on the topic “Why I want to join the Youth Council and what I propose to do for the municipality” with a volume of half to one page.
