In Tula, changes were made to the surveying of the territory of the Central district

The administration of the city of Tula officially approved changes to the project of surveying the territory of the Central district. The corresponding resolution was signed by First Deputy Head of Administration Elena Birzhivaya.

Correction of borders affected the quarter, limited by the streets Skuratovskaya, Kirov, Mendeleev and Shevchenko. The procedure was held in strict accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

The updated surveying project did not become a formality and went through a full-fledged procedure of public control. In particular, on September 18, 2026, public discussions were held, following which a protocol was drawn up. A few days later, on September 21, 2026, the permanent commission for the preparation of public hearings and urban planning issues prepared an official opinion. These documents formed the basis of the final decision of the city hall. It is worth noting that the basic project of surveying the same quarter was approved in July of this year, and the current document only makes point changes to it.

Surveying is the precise definition of land boundaries. For property owners and developers in the specified quarter, this means legal consolidation of new land contours. In the future, these changes can lead to the redistribution of local territories, clarification of the areas of plots for possible spot development or improvement, as well as changes in cadastral data, which is important when conducting real estate transactions.

Recall, as previously wrote “MK in Tula”, in Tula recently approved the preparation of the project surveying the historical center.
