In October 2026, bailiffs of the Tula region forcibly expelled 99 foreign citizens from Russia. All of them violated migration legislation and were in the region without documents permitting stay and employment, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the FSSP in the region.
According to the regional department of the FSSP, the migrants were found guilty of administrative offences under article 18.8 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation. Employees of a special unit of the department took foreigners to the Moscow airport and handed over to the border guards of the FSB for further transportation to their homeland.
Since the beginning of 2026, bailiffs have ensured the forced expulsion from Russia of 532 illegal migrants living in the Tula region. Among them are citizens
China, Cuba, India, Nigeria, Cameroon, the Sudan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Viet Nam.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” told how bailiffs achieved the dismantling of the illegal trade pavilion in the Bogoroditsky district. Its owner, a 49-year-old foreigner, for a long time ignored the court decision to vacate the land.
Moreover, the woman did not respond even to warnings and a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
After that, the bailiffs limited her departure from Russia. The prospect of not getting home forced the debtor to execute the court decision: she removed the pavilion and liberated the territory.
