The Ostashkovsk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of the Tver region received an appeal from the mother of a disabled child.
It turned out that in the apartment where the minor lives, there were violations of the ventilation duct of the bathroom, as well as shortcomings of the heat-protective properties of the external walls, leading to the formation of condensation and local heat loss.
Through the court, the Prosecutor’s office demanded to oblige the management company to carry out repair work in the home. The claim of the department was satisfied in full.
