The court in Ulan-Ude satisfied the claim of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district about the eviction of residents of one of the apartments in a residential building. The reason for such a radical decision was numerous complaints of neighbors about unsanitary conditions and dogs who deprived the rest of the entrance.
The representative of the administration explained in court that in the problem apartment, in which grandparents, their son and three granddaughters live together with dogs, do not observe the rules of using housing and violate the rights of neighbors. Minor children are in unsanitary conditions, dogs interfere with sleep - they constantly howl, bark and whine. At the entrance and ventilation, the fetid smell of animal feces spreads. The residents of the apartment respond to the appeals of neighbors with obscene abuse, the police were called repeatedly - the guards took explanations and left.
The district administration has repeatedly sent warnings to the employer: to bring the housing in a satisfactory sanitary condition and observe the rules of living in an apartment building. After the visits, the experts made the acts. According to the conclusion of the Veterinary Administration of Buryatia, a persistent foul smell really emanates from the apartment all along the entrance. The defendants have several dogs and a cat - all are not registered in the databases "All animals" and "Vet pro", there is no information about mandatory preventive measures, including vaccination.
After hearing the parties and examining the materials of the case, the court satisfied the plaintiff's claim. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
