In Ulyanovsk laid 13 new areas of showers and preparing another for Karl Marx

In Ulyanovsk, the rainwater drainage system is expanding in places where flooding regularly occurred after heavy rainfall. During this season, 13 new storm sewerage sites have been built in different parts of the city, and work continues on several streets.

New lines appeared on Kamyshinskaya, Samara, Ryabikov, Khrustalny and Panfilovtsev. Storm sewerage was also laid in Laishevka, near the house No. 26 on Festival Boulevard and in the private sector area on Zvezdnaya Street.

The choice of these areas is associated with the problem of accumulation of water during rains. New networks should receive and remove precipitation faster so that water does not linger on the roadway and adjacent areas.

On the already built 13 sites, the program of this season does not end. Now showers are equipped on Otradnaya, October and Polbin. Work is also underway on Gaia Avenue - the drainage system is being laid on the square near the Kindyakovka DC.

The next section will be Karl Marx Street. There, a new storm sewer is planned to be carried out from Federation Street to house No. 12A.

Thus, this season, the system is not only being repaired at existing sites, but also expanded where there was not enough rainwater drainage before. This is especially true during heavy downpours, when the load on the urban storm network increases sharply.
