In Ulyanovsk, employees of the enterprise were paid 8.1 million rubles of salary debt

In Ulyanovsk, after the intervention of the prosecutor's office, 11 employees of a commercial organization received salary arrears totaling more than 8.1 million rubles. The employer did not pay them for several months.

Violations revealed the Prosecutor’s office of Zasviyazhsky district during the inspection of compliance with labor legislation. It was established that the management of AUSMAH SV JSC did not pay for employees from August 2025 to May 2026.

During this period, 11 employees accumulated a debt that exceeded 8.1 million rubles. To restore their labor rights, the prosecutor's office submitted to the management of the enterprise a proposal to eliminate violations of the law.

In addition, the inspection materials were sent to the investigating authorities. They opened a criminal case under part 2 of article 145.1 of the criminal code. This article provides for liability for complete non-payment of wages for more than two months, committed by the head of the organization out of selfish or other personal interest.

After the prosecutor's intervention, the company fully repaid the debt. All 11 employees received their dues.
