ri enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region completed projects to increase labor productivity, having received a total economic effect of almost 4.8 million rubles. In total, 76 regional companies joined the federal program. The results of the work were discussed on October 12 at a meeting of the headquarters for the integrated development of the region.

One of the successful examples was the company "Joyson Safety Systems Rus", where the production of steering wheels was optimized. Thanks to the changes, it was possible to accelerate the work of individual sites, free up production areas and working capital. Production increased by 10%, and the economic effect reached about 2.7 million rubles.

Similar projects were completed by Recardo and Prisma. Now, by the end of the work, the enterprises “RDR” and “Mayor” are preparing, and the introduction of lean technologies continues at “Holshof Rus”, “SimbirskMuk” and “Snow Factory”.

In September, Ulyanovsksahar and the Ulyanovsk Machine-Building Enterprise joined the program. The possibility of participation is also discussed with Ulyanovskvodokanal, Kronos and UZGA-Engineering.

As noted by the Governor Alexei Russkikh, increasing the efficiency of production is especially important in conditions of personnel shortage. On October 12, the thematic week dedicated to the dissemination of successful practices and attracting new participants started in the region.

At the same time, optimization technologies are used not only in industry. In healthcare, the project covers 37 divisions of medical organizations. For example, in polyclinic No. 1 on the territory of UAZ, the registration time of patients was reduced from five to two minutes.

345 institutions are involved in the educational sphere, including 200 schools, 116 kindergartens, 11 colleges and 18 additional education organizations. New approaches are also being introduced in cultural, sports and social protection institutions.

The work is carried out within the framework of the federal project “Labor Productivity”, which is part of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economy”.
