The Office of Rosreestr in Kuzbass summarized the results of consideration of complaints against the actions of arbitration managers

It turned out that 76% of the appeals concerned financial managers in bankruptcy proceedings. The most common claim was the late payment of the subsistence minimum.
Thus, experts identified five typical violations of the federal bankruptcy law. The delay in transferring the subsistence minimum to debtors leads. The second place is occupied by the lack of reports in the bankruptcy case materials. The third position is the indication of incomplete or false data about the procedure. In addition, poor-quality analysis of the financial condition of the debtor and violation of the terms of publication of information in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information were noted.
During the period from January to September, 54 protocols on administrative offences against arbitration managers were drawn up.
