Despite the fact that the heating season started on September 28, residents still have problems with heat in apartments - this is a typical situation for the first weeks after launch.
Most often, the reason for the lack of heat lies in everyday moments: air traffic jams in the system or unopened cranes on radiators. To help residents quickly resolve issues, a special hotline worked on October 9. It received 57 applications, which is 14 more cases than a year earlier: in 2025, the number of complaints amounted to 43. In percentage terms, the growth reached about 32.6%.
All applications received have already been transferred to management companies for an urgent response. As explained by the head of the housing Department of the Committee on management of urban and road management administration of the regional center Evgeny Repin newspaper “Novgorod”, residents first of all should independently check the position of the cranes and give the system time to warm up. If the problem persists, you need to contact your management company.
