In Upper Landeha, the owner of the house registered a family of migrants

The Puchezh district court sentenced a 49-year-old resident of the village of Upper Landekh. The woman was found guilty of fictitious registration of foreign citizens (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code).

In June this year, through the MFC, a woman registered a family of three Moldovan citizens in her home. However, she knew that foreigners would not live at this address. By its actions, it deprived the police of the ability to control the stay of migrants in the region.

In court, the woman fully admitted guilt and repented. Given the presence of a minor child and active assistance to the investigation, the court imposed a fine on her. The sentence has not entered into force.
