In Vitebsk, consumer demand for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments remains

The residential real estate market of Vitebsk remains active, and buyers often choose one- and two-room apartments. This was reported in the press service of the State Property Committee.

The department informed:

- In September, the average offer price reached $1,059 per square meter - 3.1 percent higher than a quarter earlier and 20.5 percent higher than last year's level. At the end of June, the average cost per square meter in sales transactions amounted to 1,036 dollars. For three months, the indicator increased by 6.4 percent, for the year - by 22.2 percent. Offer prices and actual transactions remain close.

The average cost of one-bedroom apartments in Vitebsk in September ranged from 34,500 to 47,000 dollars. Two-bedroom apartments were priced between $39,800 and $57,000, while three-bedroom apartments ranged from $62,900 to $69,200.

The number of transactions of purchase and sale of housing during the summer grew: if in June 191 transactions were registered, then in July - already 216, and in August - 224 (excluding pre-registration). However, in September, activity fell to 177 deals. Despite this, the residential real estate market of Vitebsk remains active: prices continue to grow, and the demand for quality one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments remains.
