In Volgograd will determine the best electrician of the country
Volgograd region will once again become a platform for the federal stage of the All-Russian competition of professional skills "Best in profession": the region hosts the competition for the 2nd year in a row. The competition is organized by the Ministry of Labor of Russia within the framework of the national project “Personnel”.
From October 21 to October 23, 27 specialists from 24 regions of the country will compete for the title of the best electrician in Russia. According to the regional administration, contestants from various subjects of Russia will come to Volgograd - from the Sakhalin region to the Luhansk People's Republic.
Our region is protected by Yegor Kozyr, an electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of the 6th category, who works at the Volgograd chemical enterprise, he became the winner of the regional stage. Participants need to cope with 6 practical modules: solve a case problem, provide first aid to the victim on a robot simulator, select PPE and tools, measure the insulation resistance and windings of the electric motor, eliminate a malfunction in the control scheme of the electric motor, check the outfit-tolerance. The level of theoretical knowledge will be assessed by the test. In conclusion, the Volgograd Puppet Theater will host an award ceremony and a concert for guests and contestants. The winner will receive a prize of 1 million rubles.
Among the guests of the event are representatives of the Ministry of Labor of Russia, regional authorities, large enterprises and energy industry experts.
The competition is designed to strengthen the authority of working specialties, help employees of enterprises hone their skills and improve their skills. In the Volgograd region, following the instructions of the Governor, systematically work on the training of qualified mid-level personnel: form conditions for their demand in the economy, develop educational and production infrastructure.
