In Volgograd will check the readiness of emergency warning systems
Planned activities will take place in the morning.
A comprehensive inspection of the regional automated centralized warning system is scheduled for October 7, 2026. During the training events in the city, electric sirens, powerful loudspeakers, modern voice information systems, as well as wired radio broadcasting networks are involved.
The organizers emphasize that all sound and text signals will be exclusively educational in nature, so residents have no real reason to worry. When submitting the standard warning “Attention to all!”, citizens are recommended to turn on home TVs or radios, since special speech information will be broadcast on the air.
Profile testing of the security infrastructure will take place in two consecutive time stages. From 10.25 to 10.33, specialists will evaluate in detail the passage and quality of sound messages through all available voice channels. Then, in the period from 10.40 to 10.48, engineers will check the immediate operability of street electric sirens and remote acoustic units of the emergency information complex.
Volgograd residents are asked to remain completely calm and remember that these preventive trainings are traditional and are carried out strictly as planned.
