In Voronezh, the family recovered from the HOA almost 300 thousand for a leaky roof

Residents of Voronezh, who issued an apartment on the top floor in common ownership in 2021, faced with systematic bays. The cause was damaged roof: after heavy rains, water fell into the house. The family put up with the problem for several years, and then went to court.

The court found the claims justified. The management organization is obliged to pay the spouses compensation for material damage and moral damage - in equal shares, as well as a fine and court costs. In total, we are talking about the amount of more than 246 thousand rubles, that is, more than 120 thousand each.

The regional FSSP reported that after the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff warned the HOA about coercive measures. To guarantee recovery, the accounts of the organization were arrested, and the necessary amount was written off and transferred to the collectors.

Earlier in the Voronezh region there was a similar case: a local resident was arrested bills due to unpaid compensation for damage after an accident.
