In Voronezh Kalach for 103 million rubles will repair the main building of the district hospital

Kalacheevsky district hospital announced a tender for the overhaul of the hospital, located in the main building of the medical institution. The information appeared on the public procurement portal.

The building is located at: Voronezh region, the city of Kalach, street Fighters of the Revolution, 20. The customer of the work is the budgetary health institution itself.

The starting cost of the contract is slightly more than 103 million rubles. The funds are included in the budget for 2027, at the same time it is planned to perform all the work from January to December. The repair will take place in two stages.

The competition will be held in electronic format at the RTS tender site. Applications from potential contractors will be accepted from October 9 to 27, 2026, and the winner will be determined on October 30.

Participants are subject to increased requirements: it is necessary to have a successfully implemented contract for overhaul or construction of a capital object, and its cost should cover at least a fifth of the initial price of the current contract. In addition, the contractor must be in a specialized self-regulatory organization.

To participate in the bidding, you will need to make security for the application in the amount of about 1.03 million rubles. The winner will have to provide a guarantee of execution of the contract in the amount of more than 5.15 million rubles. The result of the work is set a five-year guarantee from the moment of signing the acceptance certificate.
