In the Voronezh village imposed quarantine due to rabies

According to the document, the quarantine will last until January 14, 2027 inclusive

In a personal subsidiary farm on Sadovaya Street in the village of Butyrki of the Repyevsky district of the Voronezh region, a focus of rabies was recorded. In this regard, restrictive measures have been introduced on the territory of the entire settlement. The corresponding draft decree of the governor is posted on the portal of the regional government.

According to the document, the quarantine will last until January 14, 2027 inclusive. The village of Butyrki is recognized as an unfavorable point for this disease.

For the period of validity of restrictions in the focus of infection, it is prohibited to treat animals susceptible to rabies, as well as import, export and in any way move them, including sending them for slaughter. In addition, it is impossible to remove skins from fallen animals and allow strangers to enter the territory of the hearth.

Within the boundaries of the entire village, mass events with animals are also suspended - fairs, exhibitions and auctions. In addition, it is prohibited to export susceptible animals outside the settlement, except for sending them for slaughter, and to capture wild animals for transfer to zoos.
