In the Voronezh region management companies received fines of 1.73 million rubles

In the Voronezh region summed up the results of September inspections of management companies. According to the regional State Housing Inspectorate, in the first month of autumn, administrative penalties were imposed on 15 officials and 15 organizations. The total amount of penalties reached 1.73 million rubles. In four other cases, the inspection was limited to warnings.

One of the main reasons for the fines was inadequate maintenance of apartment buildings. Violations were found in the maintenance of basements, roofs, access stairs and entrance groups. Responsibility for the identified shortcomings was borne by representatives of eight organizations: the Criminal Code “Stability”, the Criminal Code “Mir”, the Criminal Code “Authority”, “Promkrovstroy”, the Criminal Code “Victoria”, “Domostroy”, “Continent” and “Masterstroy”.

Another 800 thousand rubles in the form of fines assigned to four companies because of debt to suppliers of utilities. The list includes MC "Titan", "Birch", MC "Department of Comfort" and MC "CBD".

Claims have also arisen for the removal of waste. JSC "Ecotechnologies" in September twice brought to administrative responsibility for non-compliance with the schedule of garbage collection.

The results of supervision activities for September 2026 were reported by the press service of the regional State Housing Inspectorate on October 9.
