A fire and rescue unit arrived at the scene. Firefighters found that the apartment is on the second floor, the front door is locked from the inside. A child could be heard crying from behind the door. It was decided to enter the house through the balcony.
Firefighters installed a retractable ladder, climbed out the window and with the help of a special tool opened the balcony door. The baby wasn't hurt. Rescuers are reminded of the need to monitor children, install blockers on windows and doors, and keep spare keys from relatives.
