In Vyborg will build a residential complex under an agreement between the government, the developer, the plant and the bank

In the southern part of Vyborg, a stone was laid in the foundation of a new residential complex "Krylov". It will be erected at the crossroads of the streets of Circle and Big Black Earth, the press service of the administration of the Vyborg district reported.

This project was called socially oriented, as it will be built under an agreement concluded between the district administration, the developer, the Vyborg Shipyard and the bank.

“First of all, apartments for employees of the Vyborg Shipyard will be purchased here,” said Valery Savinov, head of the district administration. Today, there are not many programs to support enterprises directly, but we have found the necessary mechanism and use this opportunity.

It is planned to build a three-section 12-storey house with monolithic brick walls in 2028. It will have 250 apartments with a total living area of 15.5 thousand square meters.

“Our factory is a city-forming plant. The new housing will allow us to attract new personnel – “young blood” – and, of course, provide comfortable conditions for our honored, experienced workers, said Sergey Chernogubovsky, General Director of the Vyborg Shipyard.

Also in the LCD planned underground floor with parking. The area near the complex will be improved. There will be children's and sports grounds.
