In Yaroslavl, the public did not answer why the new clinic has external stairs

Tatiana Shamina, a public figure and deputy of the 4th convocation of the Zavolzhsky rural settlement of the Yaroslavl municipal district, could not receive data from the regional Ministry of Construction on the functionality of the external staircases of the new polyclinic on Gogol Street.

On the general project and during the drawing of the project, there were no stairs on the facade. However, the Ministry of Construction published fresh pictures of the rear part of the clinic. And it became clear that two metal welded stairs were attached to the doors of the second floor leading out.

As explained by the public woman, such stairs are on the building of the FAP in the village of Krasny Bor. And yes, it's the only way for patients to get to the second floor of the building. Due to the fact that the Krasnoborsk outpatient clinic combines the functionality of children's and adult polyclinics, it is impossible to walk up the stairs inside the building to the adult part of the outpatient clinic. Everyone walks on the outside stairs. Including the elderly. In particular, in winter, when a steep outer metal staircase ices, it becomes slippery and turns into a way of testing strength, grip and other sports skills.

The Ministry of Construction did not honor the public woman with an answer about the intricacies of the functionality of the exterior design.

Is there a staircase inside the new clinic and why you need external – Yaroslavl will know very soon. According to the announced plans, the clinic will open before the end of October. These may be evacuation exits. Designers cannot make dangerous mistakes twice.
