In Yaroslavl, the prosecutor’s office supported in court a family proving its right to regional family capital

Parents of four children living in the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl, appealed to the social service for regional family capital. But officials refused to pay, since the father of the family is registered in the Vladimir region.

Many parents appealed to the Prosecutor’s office. The inspection confirmed the revealed facts. The family has been permanently residing in Yaroslavl since 2015, receiving medical care, children attend educational organizations, parents work.

The Prosecutor’s office sent an application to the court to establish the fact of residence of the father of the family in the Yaroslavl region. The stated requirements of the court were satisfied in full.

Once the decision comes into force, parents will be able to count on a regional payment. The prosecutor's office intends to monitor the process of allocating funds to large families.
