In Yaroslavl are going to transform the emergency house on the Navy

Expertise has already approved the project, according to which on the site of a dilapidated wooden building commissioned by Agrofirm Yaroslavich, a new building will be built, preserving the former dimensions and historical appearance of the facades.

To do this, all above-ground structures will be dismantled, including wooden walls, floors, stairs, roof and old foundations. Only the brick wall of the basement along the Flotskaya Street will be preserved.

Further, monolithic reinforced concrete slabs are used for the construction, the external walls will be made of ceramic stone, the mansard roof will be covered with a false metal sheet. There is also such a detail as the historical decorative design of the facade.

Place in the new building plan rental point. However, what exactly the citizens here will be able to use, is not specified.
