In Yaroslavl, the sidewalk became a parking and container platform

Problems, perhaps, would not be, if not for one thing: it is on this sidewalk that children go to school and adults take their children to kindergarten.

As the outraged citizens write in social networks, since there is a parking lot for a nearby house on the sidewalk and garbage cans are exposed, each time the path to educational institutions – and this is school No. 16 and kindergarten No. 18 – goes not along the sidewalk, but on the roadway.

And the cars here, especially in the morning and evening, are moving in an incessant stream.
