In Zaporozhye region started the rally of the Volunteer youth squad – the first day of the event turned out to be rich and really useful. At the rally gathered not only the current fighters of the squad, but also young people who seek to improve their skills and better understand legal issues.
The classes were conducted by instructors of the Center for Military Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth "Warrior". They built the training so that the theory was immediately supported by practice, because this approach helps to better absorb the material and feel more confident in real situations.
The program of the day covered several important areas. The participants discussed how to act in civil detention, strictly observing the legal norms, mastered the basic methods of self-defense. A separate unit was dedicated to work at height: the guys learned to use safety equipment, practiced the evacuation of the victim and first aid where it is not easy to get to a person.
The organizers emphasize that solid knowledge is the foundation, and regular practice teaches you to act clearly, confidently and harmoniously, when a lot can depend on each movement.
