The prosecutor's office of the Zemetchinsky district checked compliance with labor legislation when hiring minors.

The prosecutor's office of the Zemetchinsky district checked compliance with labor legislation when hiring minors. It is established that in 2026 two 16-year-olds worked as handymen in a limited liability company. Instead of employment contracts, they concluded contracts with them, which violates the requirements of the law.
To protect the rights of minors, the prosecutor made a submission to the head of the company. In relation to the responsible official, a case was opened on an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation - the conclusion of a civil law contract that actually regulates labor relations.
After considering the acts of prosecutorial response, violations were eliminated: they concluded labor contracts with teenagers, started electronic labor books and made information about work, made the necessary deductions and insurance contributions. Upon dismissal, they were paid compensation for unused leave - more than 10 thousand rubles. The guilty official of the organization was fined 10 thousand rubles.
