In Zheleznogorsk on the claims of the Prosecutor’s office two employees will pay more than 640 thousand salaries

It turned out that one of the enterprises did not take into account labor costs prescribed in the industry tariff agreement and included in the tariff. Because of this, two employees were underpaid - the total debt exceeded 640 thousand rubles.

In order to restore the rights of employees, the interdistrict prosecutor filed lawsuits to recover unpaid amounts. The court satisfied the claim completely. The decisions have not yet entered into legal force.
