The head of Zheleznovodsk, Yevgeny Bakulin, said in his social networks that thanks to the operational work of police officers and the Smart City system, it was possible to identify a public order violator who turned city stops into targets.

His identity was established on the day of the incident. At the police station, he said he was shooting just to have fun.

“The police are now in charge. Technology has once again proven its effectiveness in ensuring security, the mayor said.

Earlier it was reported that in Zheleznovodsk raccoons began to migrate deep into the city.
