Lilia Sergeevna was born in 1946 in the Bashkir ASSR. After graduating from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, she stayed to live and work in Frunze, where she created a family and gave birth to two children.
Despite frequent moves due to her husband's career, Reshetnikova continued to work in her specialty. For many years of conscientious work, she received departmental awards and the title of “Veteran of Labor”.
In 2001, the woman moved to the Kaliningrad region with her elderly parents and daughter. She now has three grandchildren.
