The culprit of the accident on the road near Voronezh paid the agricultural enterprise 2.3 million rubles

The culprit of the accident on the highway R-193 "Voronezh - Tambov" fully compensated the damage to the agricultural enterprise after the intervention of bailiffs. The total amount of recovery amounted to 2.3 million rubles. This was reported on October 9 in the regional office of the FSSP.

The accident occurred due to the fault of the driver of the tractor with a semi-trailer, who went to the oncoming lane and collided with KAMAZ, which belonged to the organization from the Tambov region. The insurance company paid the injured party 400 thousand rubles, but these funds were not enough to repair the truck.

After consideration of the case, the court ordered the owner of the tractor and the driver to compensate for the remaining damage and legal costs. The total amount of debt reached 2.3 million rubles.

To execute the decision, the bailiff arrested the accounts of debtors, but the money for them was not enough. Then in respect of residents of the Liskin district introduced additional restrictions: they were forbidden to travel abroad and dispose of property. In addition, an executive fee was charged.

Restrictive measures were in place until the debt was fully repaid. After the payment of the entire amount, the court’s requirements were fulfilled, and the imposed bans were lifted.
