In the Tver region from 16 to 20 October will be held the XX All-Russian festival of historical films “KinoVeche”, said the Governor Vitaly Korolev in his channel in MAX.
He noted that the festival is held with the assistance of the regional government and the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, while it will be held in different parts of the Upper Volga region.
“Cinema screenings and events will be held in Tver, Bezhetsk, Kalyazin, Kimry, Rzhev, Torzhka, Toropets, Turginovo and Zavidovo. During the festival, more than 30 films will be shown for free, said Vitaly Korolev.
The festival program also includes creative meetings, master classes, exhibition projects in cultural institutions, special screenings for children. The head of the region thanked the People’s Artist of Russia Svetlana Druzhinina and the team of organizers for holding the film festival in the Tver region.
“I am sure that the festival will give residents and guests of our region the most vivid impressions of meeting with their favorite artists, directors, honored artists,” the governor wrote.
The age limit of the festival films is up to 18+ inclusive.
