Vladimir Prosecutor’s office forced the defaulter of alimony to return more than 600 thousand rubles

The Kovrov city prosecutor's office restored the rights of a minor child to receive financial support from his father. As a result of supervisory measures, the arrears on alimony exceeding 600 thousand rubles were paid to the local resident.

The reason for the check was the appeal of the mother of the girl. It was established that enforcement proceedings were instituted against the former spouse, but bailiffs of the PSA of the Kovrov district did not take timely measures. In particular, the decision to withhold funds from the salary of the debtor at his place of work was not sent.

In connection with the revealed red tape, the prosecutor made a submission to the head of the FSSP for the Vladimir region. After the adoption of the complex of coercive measures, the entire amount of the debt was recovered and transferred to the applicant in full.
