Vladimir businessman traded oil without documents and codes

Buying products on popular marketplaces, we used to trust the platform, but the inspection of the Rosselkhoznadzor showed that beautiful photos can hide a dangerous product. In the center of the scandal was a seller from the Vladimir region – IP Muradyan.
The inspectors found that the entrepreneur was actively selling ghee on the Wildberries, ignoring two key state control systems.
"Mercury" (VETIS) allows you to check where the milk came from. The lack of registration means that the origin of the fat is unknown - it could have been obtained from sick animals or produced in unsanitary conditions.
“Honest Sign” is a mandatory digital label on the packaging. Its absence suggests that the product is in the “gray zone”, and the buyer can not verify its legality.
The reaction followed immediately: after warning the Rosselkhoznadzor, the marketplace on September 15 concealed the goods of the violator. Now the fate of the shadow business will be dealt with by the prosecutor's office and the tax service, since the sale of food without quality confirmation creates a direct threat to the health of citizens.
