The authorities of Kirov increased control over trade on the sidewalks of the city
Employees of territorial administrations continue regular raids aimed at suppressing unauthorized retail trade on municipal land

Another inspection took place in Pervomaisky district, where inspectors recorded violations at the intersection of Vladimirskaya and Labor streets.
Representatives of the territorial administration specified that explanatory conversations were held with the violators, after which some traders voluntarily curtailed the points. In respect of persons who repeatedly ignored the requirements of the legislation, the specialists drew up administrative protocols.
As explained in the Ministry, in most cases, illegal business engaged in dealers, arbitrarily placing counters directly on pedestrian areas and offering passers-by vegetables, fruits, flowers, clothes and other goods.
Such spontaneous activities not only clutter the passageway for pedestrians, but also pose potential health risks to citizens, as illegal products are sold without proper quality control and sanitary documents.
It is on the elimination of such potentially dangerous objects that inspectors pay priority attention.
There is administrative liability for retail sales in unspecified locations.
Ordinary citizens face a warning or a fine in the amount of 1,000 to 5,000 rubles. For officials, the amount of recovery is from 3,000 to 10,000 rubles, and for legal entities there are penalties from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles.
