Kuban authorities control the development of social infrastructure

New clinics, repair of educational and cultural institutions, gasification of social facilities in the Krasnodar Territory continue to develop infrastructure in large cities and small settlements. This work is monitored at the highest level.

One of the most anticipated social facilities in Krasnodar is being built in the Russian village. The new children's clinic is designed for one hundred and fifty visits per shift and should accept the first patients in early 2027.

The progress of construction was checked by the Governor of Kuban Veniamin Kondratiev. Together with him, the object was visited by vice-governors Elena Vorobyeva and Sergey Lagutin, head of the regional Department of Construction Vladimir Pravolamsky, Minister of Health of the region Vladimir Krushelnitsky and head of Krasnodar Evgeny Naumov.

The building's readiness is now eighty-five percent. Engineering communications have already been carried out, finishing works are continuing.

Krasnodar is actively developing, and to improve the standard of living in the regional center, we pay great attention to the construction of social facilities. In recent years, we have managed to reverse the situation with the lack of places in schools and kindergartens, which we now necessarily build with nursery groups. But there is still a shortage of health facilities. This is especially true for children’s clinics. Children are our future, and it is very important that they receive quality medical care in a comfortable environment near home. The foundation of polyclinics should be laid simultaneously with new apartment buildings, and in existing neighborhoods it is necessary to continue to search for suitable sites. It is also important to monitor the timing of already started facilities. A new modern children's clinic in the village of Russian is very much waiting for residents. Therefore, all work must be completed before the end of the year. At the same time, we will be engaged in the supply of equipment and personnel selection in order to start receiving patients as soon as possible, said Veniamin Kondratiev, head of the Krasnodar Territory Administration.

The new institution is being built under the national project “Long and active life”. About twenty-three thousand children of the Russian village and nearby residential complexes will be attached to it. The opening will approximately halve the load on the existing children's clinic No. 13 on the Rostov highway.

The building will provide an X-ray office, offices for ultrasound and functional diagnostics, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a physiotherapy department, rooms for vaccination and procedures, as well as for emergency care.

The head of the region inspected the premises and territory, talked with the chief doctor of polyclinic No13 Anush Petrosyan. Special attention was paid to the accessibility of the new institution: it was instructed to provide a sufficient number of parking spaces for its opening. According to Evgeny Naumov, parking space is organized around the building.

In total, four new clinics are being built in Krasnodar. Land plots have already been prepared for another five medical institutions.

From kindergarten to college

The development of social infrastructure remains in the center of attention not only in the regional center, but also in municipalities. Vice-Governor Elena Vorobyeva checked the work of several educational and cultural institutions in the Novopokrovsk district.

In the village of Kubansky, she visited one of the largest kindergartens in the municipality. This year, the institution became the winner of the All-Russian competition “The Best Cossack Kindergarten”.

- To preserve and inculcate traditions, the municipality organized the transportation of families with children from neighboring settlements. After graduating from kindergarten, many children go to specialized schools with Cossack education and enter the cadet corps, said Elena Vorobyeva, Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory.

Another point of the working trip was a local cultural and leisure institution. The building is more than fifty-five years old, and last year a major overhaul was completed here under the state program “Culture Development”. Specialists replaced engineering networks, put in order the auditorium and sports halls, stage, choreography class and other rooms. There is also a House of Culture with a large gym, a library and a museum room.

After the renovation, the task of the institution is no longer limited to the state of walls and equipment: it is important to fill the space with activities and activities for different ages that are in demand among residents.

In the village of Novopokrovskaya Elena Vorobyova visited the historical and literary museum named after Arkady Perventsev. The memory of a native of these places, a writer, playwright and a journalist is preserved here in a historical building, where unique exhibits, the author’s personal library and household items are collected.

Special attention during the working trip was paid to educational institutions. At school No. 1 of the village of Novopokrovskaya, the vice-governor met with high school students. Schoolchildren told about their plans for the future: among the popular areas, children have medicine, journalism and education.

Parents are also actively involved in the development of the school itself.

- Last year, the team of parents won the competition of initiatives of the parent communities. The grant funds purchased equipment for the school media center and released the Book of Memory. This year, the school was awarded the gratitude of the Governor for many years and conscientious work, said Elena Vorobyeva.

The next point was the Novopokrov multi-sectoral technical school. It trains specialists of applied professions: future welders, masters of agricultural production, food operators. Students receive not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills necessary for further work.

Elena Vorobyeva emphasized the priority of close interaction of the vocational education system with employers and set the task to actively develop this direction. This approach allows you to train specialists taking into account the real needs of enterprises and the economy of the territory.

Warmth came to school

Another social facility received a new communal infrastructure in the Kushchevsky district. In the farm Glebovka gasified school, where more than one hundred and twenty children study.

To provide the establishment with network gas, specialists laid about six hundred meters of the gas pipeline. The school used to run on diesel fuel. To switch to a new source of heat, it was completely converted and two gas boilers were installed.

- Today, the Krasnodar Territory has one of the highest rates of gasification among all subjects of Russia: 82.5 percent. Gas pipelines are being laid, including in remote and inaccessible settlements. This year, a two-millionth consumer will be connected to the region. Within the framework of the presidential program of gasification, residential buildings and social facilities receive gas. Social gasification is a systematic work, where the interests of our countrymen are in the first place. We will continue to support the residents of the Kuban with benefits, work with partners so that the connection time is reduced, and the quality of services grows, said Yevgeny Pergun, Deputy Governor of Kuban.

The regional Ministry of Fuel and Housing and Utilities noted that the potential of the dogasification program in the region covers 284 medical and educational institutions. Agreements have already been concluded with ninety-six facilities, and networks have been extended to the borders of sixty-three of them. Taking into account the school in Glebovka, thirty-one social facilities have already been connected to the gas.

The social gasification program has been operating since 2021. In addition to the homes of residents, it includes schools, kindergartens, doctors' offices and paramedics and midwives. As a result, infrastructural changes reach not only large cities, but also small settlements, where the renewal of one social facility directly affects the daily lives of hundreds of families.
