The authorities of Tula excluded the house on the street. Maxim Gorky from the overhaul program

The head of the city administration of Tula Ilya Bespalov signed a decree, which excluded the house at 21 Maxim Gorky Street from the list of apartment buildings forming the capital repair fund. The total area of the building is 4,167.20 square meters.
The resolution amends the document dated May 21, 2020 “On changing the method of forming a fund for the overhaul of apartment buildings”. Earlier, the house No. 21 on Gorky Street was listed in the appendix to that resolution - now the corresponding line has been removed.
The document was adopted on the basis of part 7 of article 189 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation and the regional legislation of the Tula region on the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings.
Removing the house from the list means changing the way the capital repair fund is formed for this building. In practice, this can mean that the owners moved to a special account, completed the formation of the fund or the house was withdrawn from the regional program for another reason – for example, because of the recognition of emergency or a change in the status of the building.
As previously wrote “MK in Tula”, the Tula Fund for capital repairs will receive new sources of funding.
