In Tula are preparing for an event that will temporarily make part of the street of the demonstration inaccessible for parking. This “MK in Tula” reported in the city administration.

So, from 08:00 to 17:00 on October 13, on the site from D. Ulyanov Street to Pervomaiskaya it will be impossible to stop and leave cars - the ban applies to all types of transport.
