Belarus is actively working on standardization in the field of artificial intelligence. This was reported to journalists by the first Deputy Chairman of the State Standard Alexander Burak. According to him, the development of standards takes into account the international experience and experience of Russian colleagues.

He informed:
- Today, artificial intelligence technologies, as well as individual technical solutions, are beginning to be actively introduced in the production and social spheres. This requires terminological, semantic and technological unification. Issues related to the development of AI are also deeply embedded in the program of advanced standardization.
Alexander Burak noted that one of the documents that will be implemented in the near future is a standard that affects artificial intelligence management systems.
- It will come into force on May 1, 2027. The standard defines the requirements and provides guidance on the creation, implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement of an AI management system directly for organizations. This will allow our organizations to safely and efficiently use artificial intelligence systems when implementing business processes. The standard is based on a classic cycle of continuous improvement. And special attention is paid to the management of specific risks of artificial intelligence, such as algorithm bias, distortion of model information, ethical aspects and other issues that should not be ignored when applying it.
